CCS Launches Campaign on Cigarette Contraband

The Canadian Cancer Society has established a website to make it easy for Canadians to email their MP urging action on cigarette contraband. Sending an email is easy. Even just entering your postal code will identify who your MP is. Check it out:

Organizations are encouraged to consider adding these links to their own websites to increase awareness of this email campaign.

The cigarette contraband problem is enormous. Cheap cigarettes are greatly undermining the progress that we would otherwise make in reducing smoking. We need action by the federal government.
